TickStep（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリは利用者の個人データを収集・保存・送信するためのサーバーを一切持ちません。本ポリシーは、本アプリがどのように情報を取り扱うかを説明します。

要点: 本アプリは独自のサーバーを持たず、利用者の個人情報・健康データ・利用状況を開発者に送信しません。作成したデータは利用者の端末内（および同一 Apple ID でペアリングされた Apple Watch）に保存されます。フローを QR コードやリンクで共有する場合のみ、利用者自身の操作によって当該フローの内容が端末外に出ます。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、開発者のサーバーへ送信される個人情報を収集しません。解析ツール・広告・トラッキング SDK は一切使用していません。本アプリが端末内で扱う情報は次のとおりです。

トレーニングデータ（フロー・ステップ・名前・BPM・スケジュール等）: 利用者が作成した内容。端末内に保存され、開発者へ送信されることはありません。ただしフローを QR コード／リンクで共有する機能を使った場合のみ、利用者の操作により当該フローの内容が端末外に出ます（下記 6 を参照）。
健康データ（心拍数）: 下記 2 を参照。

2. HealthKit（心拍数）の利用

利用者が許可した場合に限り、本アプリはトレーニング中に Apple の HealthKit を通じて心拍数を読み取り、画面に表示します。

心拍数の計測のため、Apple Watch 上でワークアウトセッションを開始します。この過程で一時的に作成されるワークアウトデータは破棄され、ヘルスケアには保存されません。
心拍数はトレーニング中の表示にのみ用い、本アプリが独自に保存・蓄積することはありません。
HealthKit から取得した健康データを、広告・マーケティング目的で利用したり、第三者に提供・販売することはありません。
HealthKit のデータが本アプリの外部（開発者のサーバー等）へ送信されることはありません。
許可はいつでも iPhone の「設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → ヘルスケア」から取り消せます。

3. カメラ（QR コード）の利用

本アプリはトレーニングフローを取り込むための QR コード読み取りにのみカメラを使用します。撮影した画像は保存・送信されず、QR コードの解析後ただちに破棄されます。

4. 購入（App 内課金）

有料機能の購入は Apple の StoreKit を通じて処理されます。決済情報は Apple が取り扱い、本アプリが利用者のクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を受け取ることはありません。

5. 通知

トレーニングのリマインダー通知は端末内でローカルに生成・スケジュールされます。通知のために個人情報を外部へ送信することはありません。

6. データの保存場所と Apple Watch 連携

利用者が作成したトレーニングデータは端末内（SwiftData）に保存されます。Apple Watch をご利用の場合、Apple の WatchConnectivity を通じて iPhone と Apple Watch の間でのみデータが同期されます。これらのデータが開発者へ送信されることはありません。

また、利用者がフローを QR コードまたはリンク（共有用 URL）で共有する場合、そのフローの内容（名前・BPM・拍子等）が QR コード／リンクに符号化されます。共有するかどうか、誰と共有するかは利用者ご自身が管理します。

7. 第三者への提供

本アプリは利用者の個人データを第三者に提供・販売しません。本アプリはアイコン表示のためのオープンソースライブラリ（Phosphor Icons）を同梱していますが、これは UI 用の素材であり、データを収集・送信しません。

8. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは個人データを収集しないため、年齢を問わず利用者の個人情報を取得することはありません。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページ上で告知し、上部の「最終更新日」を更新します。

TickStep (the “App”) respects your privacy. The App operates no servers for collecting, storing, or transmitting your personal data. This policy explains how the App handles information.

In short: The App has no backend servers and does not send your personal information, health data, or usage data to the developer. Data you create is stored on your device (and on an Apple Watch paired under the same Apple ID). Data leaves your device only when you choose to share a flow via QR code or link.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect personal information that is transmitted to the developer. It uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Information handled on your device includes:

Training data (flows, steps, names, BPM, schedules, etc.): content you create. Stored on your device and not transmitted to the developer. It leaves your device only if you choose to share a flow via QR code or link (see section 6).
Health data (heart rate): see section 2.

2. HealthKit (Heart Rate)

Only with your permission, the App reads your heart rate via Apple HealthKit during a workout and displays it on screen.

To measure heart rate, the App starts a workout session on Apple Watch. Any workout data created for this purpose is discarded and is not saved to Health.
Heart rate is used solely for on-screen display during training; the App does not separately store or accumulate it.
Health data obtained via HealthKit is never used for advertising or marketing, and is never shared with or sold to third parties.
HealthKit data is never transmitted outside the App (e.g., to any developer server).
You can revoke permission at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.

3. Camera (QR Codes)

The App uses the camera only to scan QR codes for importing training flows. Captured images are not stored or transmitted, and are discarded immediately after the QR code is decoded.

4. Purchases (In-App Purchase)

Purchases of paid features are processed through Apple’s StoreKit. Payment details are handled by Apple; the App never receives your payment information such as card numbers.

5. Notifications

Training reminder notifications are generated and scheduled locally on your device. No personal information is transmitted for notifications.

6. Where Data Is Stored & Apple Watch

Training data you create is stored on your device (SwiftData). If you use an Apple Watch, data is synced only between your iPhone and Apple Watch via Apple’s WatchConnectivity. None of this data is sent to the developer.

If you choose to share a flow via a QR code or link (sharing URL), that flow’s contents (name, BPM, time signature, etc.) are encoded into the QR code or link. Whether and with whom you share is under your control.

7. Sharing with Third Parties

The App does not share or sell your personal data to third parties. The App bundles an open-source library for displaying icons (Phosphor Icons); it is a UI asset only and does not collect or transmit data.

8. Children’s Privacy

Because the App collects no personal data, it does not obtain personal information from users of any age.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
